基于主动活塞的输液泵检测仪流量校准系统研究

摘要(Abstract):
目的:研究一种基于主动活塞的输液泵检测仪溯源方法,并设计一体化活塞控制机械结构。方法:通过主动活塞产生稳定流量,采用西门子PLC1200结合LabVIEW平台进行监测和控制。结果:装置在5、600和1 000 mL/h 3个流量点下采用称重法进行溯源,并对5 mL/h和1 000 mL/h流量点的稳定性进行实验,实验结果表明输液泵检测仪检定装置在流量范围5~1 000 mL/h中的瞬时流量与累计流量的相对误差均在0.25%以内。结论:输液泵检测仪流量校准控制系统的测量值准确可靠,整体结构设计紧凑,一体化程度高,使用便捷。可满足输液泵检测仪的检定要求。
