茶叶在我国拥有悠久的历史,目前我国有许多地理标志的茶叶品种,然而市场上也出现了一些打着原产地旗号出售的假冒茶叶,因此有必要发展相应的检测手段对茶叶进行原产地鉴定.首先对茶叶的一些理化性质检测进行介绍,然后再对目前已经应用在茶叶以及其他农产品原产地保护中的检测技术进行综述,并根据原理的不同,将检测手段分为质谱法、光谱法、分离技术以及传感器技术四大类,分别针对每一种方法的原理、优缺点及应用进行介绍.

Abstract:

Tea has a long history in China and its geographical origins vary. However, some dealers fraudulently label geographical origin indication to nongrographical origin teas for illegal profits. Therefore, it is necessary to develop appropriate determination methods to identify the origin of tea. Firstly, some physicochemical detecting methods of tea are introduced. Then detection techniques currently used in tea and other agricultural origin protection (subdivided into four categories according to the principles: mass spectrometry, spectroscopy, separation technology and sensor technology) are reviewed for the principle of each method together with their advantages, disadvantages and applications.
